Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery

• Items must be in original condition with all original packaging and accessories

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refund Options:

• Full refund for unused items in original condition

• Partial refund for used items (deductions for damage or wear)

• Store credit for future purchases

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us via email (mailto:nadvenuflutes@gmail-com.com) or phone (+91 8855878244) within 10 days of delivery

2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged)

3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving RMA number

5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item.

Exceptions:

• Custom-made or special order items are non-returnable

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are non-returnable

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cancelled before shipping: full refund

• Orders cancelled after shipping: partial refund (deductions for shipping costs)

Defective or Damaged Items:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photos of damaged item and packaging

• Replacement or refund offered

Warranty:

• Nadvenu Flutes guarantees instruments against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 10 Days

• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or neglect
